Delivery costs
UK Customers
Most items are sent "Royal Mail Signed" the cost for postage is between £2.50 - £3.90 depending on the size and weight up to 2kgs.This covers most orders and will be added during your checkout process. If your order exceeds this weight the postage will increment up accordingly. We aim to dispatch all orders with 48 hours of receipt of payment.
PLEASE NOTE - You will receive an order confirmation after payment has been received. Please check your spam folder as order confirmation emails can sometimes land in here.

Returns policy
BORN & BRED will offer a refund to the customer within 2 days of receiving goods and notifying us.
Please note Before any refund is agreed all goods must be returned in a resalable condition with original tags.
Like for like exchange: If you would like to exchange goods for a different size please return items and add a note to explain the reason for the exchange. If the goods you would like to exchange are of a higher value than the initial order you will have to pay the outstanding balance before we will send the exchanged items. In this instance one of the team will send you an additional invoice.
